We are seeking a Licensed Architect to join our collaborative team and lead projects from concept through completion. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working on projects that matter.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration and closeout
Develop construction documents, write specifications, and ensure compliance with building codes, ADA, and zoning regulations
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to deliver successful projects
Provide technical expertise and maintain high standards of design quality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Current Illinois architectural license (required)
5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Strong knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and material specifications
Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
